The Accident Details

Noah died as a result of the crash, which left his family “utterly devastated.” Police have since charged two individuals in connection with the incident. Jamie Fountain, from Fir Tree Close, Flitwick, faces multiple charges, including causing death by careless driving and causing death while over the legal limit for alcohol and drugs. He is also charged with two counts of causing serious injury by careless driving. Additionally, he was accused of failing to stop at the scene, failing to report the accident, and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. Ellie Ireland, from Wingate Drive, Ampthill, has been charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. Both are set to appear at Luton Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
